Hans was the project that got me into app design and development. I worked on it for 1.5 years next to my study with a good friend of mine, Cornee van de Grint. The initial concept for the app to allow users to easily distribute grocery shopping costs after a party, taking into account bottle deposits and non alcohol drinkers. This was then expanded to a price comparison feature for supermarket products. These 2 features worked together as well, allowing users to scan the barcode of a product and to add them to their "SchadeBon" (Damage Receipt). The tone of Hans is very playful and not serious, this fit well with the target audience of the app.
This project thought me:
And so much more.
